Step Five: Decide the Area You Are Going To Collect Data In.
Using the quad map, decide on the area you want to start collecitng data on. Contact your local community for other possible maps to use as well. Develop a basic datasheet to collect the information on when you are in the field or use the following datasheet. The following inforamation is needed for each object:
1. Name of Structure
2. Structure Type/Category
3. Latitude
4. Longitude
5. Date
6. Comment: place GPS reading was taken in reference to structure.
